Hi and welcome to another update blog on my YieldNodes portfolio. So far, the experience has been very pleasant. The YieldNodes team has kept delivering on their promise and my blog’s following is growing. I want to take a minute and say thank you to each and every one following me here or on medium. This means a lot!

Feels amazing to grow my portfolio while teaching more and more people about this opportunity. I want to be very transparent with my returns and earnings, that’s why in this blog I also want to show my affiliate earnings (which have been quite substantial on top of the YieldNodes earnings).

YieldNodes earnings in February

My “Masternoded balance”, which means all the funds that are currently earning a Yield have been 1865 Euro. Some of these funds have been compounded during February, which means I will probably not earn the full February percentage on all of this.

YieldNodes was able to pay out an impressive 8.3% in February. Impressive given the shaky situation in the markets. This results in a profit in February of 154.80 Euro. Bringing my total ROI on YieldNodes to 16.3% or 297.71 Euro.

Affiliate commissions in February

In February, I made 495 Euro from commissions. That is quite a bit, and I am super thankful for everyone that got some value out of my blog and used my link to register with YieldNodes. You find the link at the end of every blog if you want to give it a try.

I want to give back to the community and will create a giveaway using the “Pay it forward” feature very soon. Follow my twitter if you don’t want to miss it. This is the perfect opportunity to get started with YieldNodes with a 100 Euro head start.

I also withdrew some of this income to diversify in other DeFi projects on Terra (LUNA) and Fantom Opera (FTM). Stay tuned to learn more about these in future articles.

Donating to Humanitarian causes in Ukraine

I don’t want to turn this blog political but with the current situation in Ukraine, it’s almost impossible to ignore. To keep it short, the Ukrainian Government set up dedicated crypto donation addresses for humanitarian help.

The official Donation addresses set by the Ukrainian Government:

BTC — 357a3So9CbsNfBBgFYACGvxxS6tMaDoa1P

ETH and USDT (ERC-20) — 0x165CD37b4C644C2921454429E7F9358d18A45e14

YieldNodes created a feature to let you donate directly from your Withdrawable balance. You could also just send funds directly, but Steve (CEO) and Urs from YieldNodes pledged to match every donation through this feature from their personal funds.

Donations from with YieldNodes directly

I decided to donate using this feature. They promised to show the transactions transparently, which should be easy given the public blockchain infrastructure.

That’s it already for today. For a future episode, I will go over a very interesting Risk Assessment Letter by Steve from YieldNodes. Stay tuned for that! You can already find it in the member area: https://members.yieldnodes.com/en/risk-assessment
